How is this different from a consultancy?

I already have a CTO. Will we clash?
No. Your CTO owns the platform and engineering; I own AI strategy, use cases and governance. We work together.
Do you build or only advise?
I build. The Core and Lead plans include shipping agents to production.
How do you handle the AI Act and GDPR?
System inventory, risk classification, usage policy and documentation from month one. It does not replace your legal counsel.
Is there a minimum term?

Do you work remotely?
